RECOVERY

I firmly believe that sleep and recovery are critical aspects of an effective and holistic training program.

- Tom Brady

Recovery is a crucial component of progress. In fact, lack of recovery causes you to get worse results or even regress no matter how well you are eating, training, practicing, etc… Your progress is 100% dictated on how well you can train, recover and ADAPT. This is why we prioritize recovery in coordination with our high quality training services and tools at ADAPT.

CRYOTHERAPY
3-Minutes | -130 to -200 Degrees Farenheit

Cryotherapy is a practice of cold-emersion to increase your body's natural responses that promote anti-inflammation, increased circulation and many other health and cosmetic benefits.

In just 3-Minutes of exposure to liquid nitrogen, your body will experience between -130 to -200 degrees farenheit. This activates a natural response in which your body produces heat, neuroepinephrine and nutrient-rich, heavily oxygenated blood that increases your performance, recovery and decreases pains, aches and inflammation.

Cosmetically, Cryotherapy and cold exposure have a positive effect on your physique through increased metabolism, a surge in collagen production and improved skin-tone... less wrinkles, stretch marks, smoother skin and many other benefits from frequent usage.

NORMATEC COMPRESSION MASSAGE
20-Minutes

Compression Massage is utilized to improve the flushing of by-product, lactate and hyrdrogen molecules from the blood and muscle to speed-up recovery while reducing fatigue and soreness.

By compressing the limbs from the furthest end of your extremities (distal) to the closest point of your limbs (proximal) we increase the rate that blood flow and the by-products of our training and habits recirculate through the body to be flushed out of our system.

The NormaTec process combines the recirculation with a compression massage that helps mobilize and increase surface temperature to the muscle that greatly increases the rate you can recover between training or prior to an event, game or performance.
