ADAPT PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

Adapt's programs and services are designed to increase overall health, improve performance, increase lean muscle, and reduce fat to reveal a lean, strong physique. We are in principal, a strength-training and performance facility... because when we mean strength, we mean being strong in all aspects of fitness. When we mean performance, we mean whatever it is you're doing, you'll be well equipped to achieve success. That could mean competing in the Olympics, or taking all the groceries in one-trip.

We believe and the science of strength training has proven, quality strenth training not only improves strength, cardio, and flexibility, but that strength training and improving your muscle to body fat ratio is the most effective approach to achieving a lean, strong, high-functioning physique. Each of our programs will vary day-to-day, being more or less strength, or cardio focused to fit into an optimized cycle of training. All of our services listed below achieve the same goal of total body efficiency, performance and health, although they vary in attention, tools, and duration.


SERVICES



PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
30-Minutes | 60-Minutes

Adapt was founded and established with the primary focus of providing the highest quality personalized health and performance training and education. Working with an Adapt Personal Trainer means you're working with a highly-skilled expert and guide to achieve your goals, make adjustments and hold you accountable. You don't have to worry about not knowing what to do in the gym, not having the motivation, or not having the time. Our Personal Trainer's will meet with you every session, design a plan for your goals and that fits even the busiest of schedules and keep you moving in the right direction.




PARTNER | GROUP TRAINING
30-Minutes | 60-Minutes

Sometimes, you cannot beat the energy and vibe of pushing yourself alongside a Partner or in a Group setting. While this vibe is not for everyone, Adapt's focus with Partner and Group Training formats is to provide still a very personalized approach ensuring class sizes are not too large and nobody is getting lost in the sauce. Classes are open to all levels and are adaptable enough to accomodate every goal, skill and experience level. Our focus in Group Class formats are to lay a foundation of: Form, Range of Motion, Body Awareness, Strength, Endurance and Improving Muscle-Quality and Metabolism.

These Classes will keep you consistently improvin', music-groovin' and constantly movin' while training to up-beat tracks, performing full-body exercises with impeccable form and detaching yourself from the stresses and distractions of the day-to-day.




HYBRID COACHING PROGRAM
30-Minutes | 60-Minutes

Sometime's all we need to complete a task, or get the extra push we need is a little bit of guidance. How Adapt really differentiates' ourselves from other gym's, fitness facilities and clubs, is our focus on ensuring that everyone feels comfortable, confident and equipped to get a great workout.

This is How We Do It:

- You will meet with an Adapt Personal Trainer for a Free Consultation with you to determine your goals, abilities and teach you basic exercises, movements and how to use the many of the unique tools at Adapt.
- Our Personal Trainer's will develop a plan for you specific to your goals, experience and abilities based on the consultation.
- You will have direct access to your coach for questions regarding your plan, the exercises and general questions regarding nutrition, recovery, supplementation, etc...
- If after the first month, you'd like to continue having your coach write your training program, your coach will meet with you again, conduct another assessment and develop a new adjusted plan.
